Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

Compensation: $30.24 - $37.05 per hour

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Operations (TA) Specialist supports the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the TA function at Din Tai Fung. This role manages recruiting systems, reporting, and workflows while supporting a consistent and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The TA Operations Specialist works cross-functionally with People & Culture, IT, and hiring teams to ensure data accuracy, system optimization, and process consistency across all recruiting efforts. They also analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate job and candidate data

Generate and analyze recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to TA leadership and Operations based on key findings

Support efficiency of onboarding coordination, background checks, and offer letter processingDocument and update SOPs and process maps for TA operations

Troubleshoot and resolve system or workflow issues in collaboration with PSC/IT

Support employer branding and recruiting event logistics

Job Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent systems

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., UKG, Phenom, etc.)

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit environments

Familiarity with Phenom People, UKG Pro, or other HRIS systems

Experience creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Looker, Tableau)

Process improvement or project coordination experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

Essential Functions:

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations

Analyze data and present findings in a clear and actionable format

Handle sensitive candidate and employee data with discretion

Be available for occasional visits to other restaurant locations as needed to support projects, training, or operational alignment

Special Requirements:

May occasionally need to work flexible hours to meet business needs

May participate in hiring system rollouts, audits, or testing
