Job summary

Colt Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist to manage the full recruiting and onboarding process for positions across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and guide new employees through their first weeks.

The role builds a welcoming employee experience, supports HR communications and system education, and contributes to acquisition integration and HR

Qualifications

• Three or more years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions, levels, and deadlines.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates rather than solely relying on applications.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field employees, managers, executives, and candidates.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving acquisition-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting needs and talent acquisition planning, including coaching on best practices.
• Coordinate offer letters, onboarding requirements, and start-date clearances.
• Host new employee orientation and ensure successful onboarding.
• Administer the applicant training system, post and advertise roles, and maintain candidate pools.
• Deliver HR customer service and maintain a positive employee experience.
• Support acquisition integration and participate in HR projects and system implementations.
