Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for Retail – Southeast, based in Miami. You will lead recruitment across boutiques, screen and qualify candidates, collaborate with HR partners, and build robust talent pipelines to support boutique hiring velocity.

In this role you will deliver a high-touch candidate experience, manage the end-to-end process, and present recruitment insights to leadership. A passion for luxury retail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of boutique-level retail recruitment experience.
  • Experience managing 20+ active requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to work across time zones and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build diverse candidate pipelines and maintain relationships.
  • Demonstrated integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and intake with hiring managers to understand vacancies and define interview cadence.
  • Research labor market trends and identify recruitment opportunities and best practices.
  • Partner with HRBP and commercial leaders to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Report on interviews, placements, and spend, and maintain high data quality in ATS.

Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail – Southeast

Role Overview

As a crucial member of the talent team, you will play an essential role in executing our recruitment strategy and elevating the candidate experience for boutique and positions. Your daily responsibilities will involve screening and qualifying potential candidates, collaborating with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to provide insights on job market trends, and actively building a robust talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle recruitment process, with a focus on networking, fostering relationships, and crafting memorable experiences that align with our talent principles. We expect you to share our enthusiasm for people and their potential.

Responsibilities

Recruit

  • Lead and conduct intake meetings with the hiring managers to understand vacancies, share potential profiles from pipeline, define the interview cadence, and share labor market intelligence.
  • Interview potential candidates against position specific competencies and behaviors for current vacancies, conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential candidates, and establish and maintain relationships with referrals while being the ultimate brand ambassador.
  • Provide Hiring Managers with a diverse short list of candidates in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Research

  • Proactively build talent pipelines utilizing our Applicant Tracking System(ATS), social media, job boards, and field recruitment – including consistent outreach to passive candidates in support of developing robust talent pools for future vacancies.
  • Understand and communicate labor market trends, regional compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Identify and recommend innovative recruitment initiatives, best practices, and digital enhancements.
  • Candidate generation lead and direct active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes, and strategy.

Partner

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and Commercial Leaders to understand their needs, create an interview matrix, provide market feedback, and consistently communicate updates throughout the interview process.
  • Collaborate and partner with the HR Business Partner to enhance service delivery to internal stake holders.
  • Work closely with the AVP of Talent to create recruitment strategies by Maison and function to minimize time to fill.
  • Team oriented with ability to interact with personnel across the organization
  • Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings to identify and highlight strong candidates, facilitate talent exchanges, and maintain a robust internal talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with our Talent Specialist to ensure data integrity.
  • Facilitate and manage the external vendor contract process as well as engage external vendors utilized on key searches.
  • Contribute to global/HQ initiatives by partnering with talent colleagues across Maisons and in other regions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, local high schools and colleges, trade schools, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure candidates are properly onboarded via close partnership with HR generalists and hiring manager

Execute

  • Lead and conduct intake meetings to understand vacancies, share potential profiles from pipeline, define the interview cadence, and share labor market intelligence.
  • Interview potential candidates against position specific competencies and behaviors for current vacancies, conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential candidates, and establish and maintain relationships with referrals while being the ultimate brand ambassador.
  • Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of candidates.
  • Create unique digital job ads for social media.
  • Coordinate and attend local job/college fairs, and network in the community to ensure a pipeline of candidates for hiring managers.
  • Establish and maintain a high-touch candidate experience.

Report

  • Track and communicate interviews, placements, retention, and agency submissions/spend in accordance with our defined talent acquisition operating model and process flow.
  • Utilize and maintain our ATS, providing detailed notes and submissions on candidates, facilitating the interview/hiring process, and building our talent pools.
  • Present to executives and senior leadership on recruitment activity and labor market intelligence.
Qualifications
  • You are a people-magnet and expert communicator!
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate about luxury retail - its history, heritage and craftsmanship.
  • Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at the boutique level. You must be able to manage a high requisition count (20+), while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal clients. Field experience with an emphasis on high-volume recruitment of sales associates is preferred.
  • You must love to work as a team - sharing resources, energy and candidates. No position is too small. No partnership is too little.
  • You must have the ability to work across time zones, maintaining flexibility in your approach to meet the needs of boutique level and corporate leaders.
  • We use our ATS, social media, digital platforms, and Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) daily - you must be digitally savvy.
  • It's human resources - integrity and confidentiality are a must.
  • A few more things we look for: flexibility to adapt quickly, empathy in working with people and challenging circumstances, ability to influence and negotiate, and strong presentation skills.
Travel:

Richemont North America is based in Manhattan with offices in Midtown East. Some team members are based in other locations, and periodic travel may be required to markets and Richemont North America.
