We’re looking for an experienced leader who has successfully managed Planning within a fast-paced e-commerce environment!Are you a Director of Supply Chain Planning who can drive inventory optimization and lead efforts to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies with clear objectives, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to optimize performance.
• Demand & Revenue Forecasting
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, growth plans, market trends, and seasonality.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasts to guide purchasing decisions, aligning with the overall business growth strategy.
• Inventory Planning & Optimization.
• Determine optimal purchasing strategies: identify what to buy, how much, and when to ensure stock availability.
• Develop strategies to minimize out-of-stock and overstock situations, balancing demand and supply effectively.
• Build, lead, and mentor the Supply team, cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture and guiding team growth through hiring initiatives.

Your background / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Planning within e-commerce.
• Proven track record of leading Supply & Demand Planning in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with a focus on growth.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, independent decision-making skills, and a quick learner.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
