The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a vital role in shaping Trilogy Innovations' workforce by delivering strategic recruitment solutions. This position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-quality candidates across various functions. The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead all talent acquisition efforts and ensure recruitment practices align with the organization's goals and promote a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Manager’s first and most important responsibility of this position is performing and managing full cycle recruitment
. This position will manage and execute the entire recruitment process, beginning with job description posting, sourcing, screening prospective candidates, and scheduling interviews. The Talent Acquisition Manager will negotiate offers and transition the candidate(s) to onboarding. This position will collaborate with Human Resources to ensure seamless onboarding experience for new hires, fostering early engagement and retention.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the accuracy of the candidate’s information, requisition, staffing status, and recruiting stats in our HRIS system for ad hoc reporting. This position will maintain a metric of position creation to qualified candidate identification (interviewed and vetted) within a 15-day average, as well as a database of qualified individuals who can be utilized over multiple contracts. The Talent Acquisition Manager will analyze recruitment metrics and develop actionable insights to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate quality. Based on data analysis, the manager will implement continuous improvement practices to refine sourcing strategies and enhance the overall candidate experience. This position will design and implement innovative recruiting strategies aligned with Trilogy Innovations’ business objectives. It is imperative that the Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates continually with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and create and adhere to tailored talent acquisition plans. The Talent Acquisition Manager must develop and sustain long term pipelines of qualified technology professionals across the U.S. and identify and explore creative solutions to attract talent both locally and nationally.
This position is the public facing ambassador for Trilogy, embodying our values and mission in candidate conversations, hiring events, academic sessions, and industry engagements. The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with external marketing partners and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and authentic representation of our culture. Additionally, this position requires engagement with networks beyond Trilogy’s current reach, tapping into personal connections and industry communities to broaden awareness and attract aligned professionals.
The Talent Acquisition Manager must also develop relationships with higher education institutions and institutions focused on hiring veterans, establishing relationships that allow Trilogy Innovations to give back to the community at large. Cultivating relationships at local and national universities via career fairs and centers, the manager must maintain a presence as the face of Trilogy Innovations with the goal of attracting recent college professionals.
This role requires close collaboration with Trilogy's corporate organization to include: collaboration with the Director of Human Resources to support internal training, upskilling initiatives, and a culture of continuous learning and workforce innovation, and engaging with the business development to anticipate hiring needs and align sourcing efforts with growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Experience
- 2+ years' experience working for a government contracting organization or related GovCon experience.
- 2+ years' experience recruiting software developers, AI and ML professionals, cybersecurity professionals, and Red Hat professionals.
- 2+ years' experience recruiting technical professional possessing security clearances.
- Minimum of 8 years in recruiting, with a focus on technical roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives.
- Proven success in establishing relationships with community and university stakeholders.
- ADP Workforce Now experience, or similar HR platform, preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
