Capital Vacations, LLC in Tennessee is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting for sales and marketing teams serving the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg markets. This on-site role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across multiple sites.

You will partner with local hiring managers, attend events, manage ATS (ClearCompany), and help build a strong, customer-centric team in a fast-growing timeshare company.

Formación

• 1+ year of recruiting experience (sales or high-volume preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel locally between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge locations.
• Flexibility to attend hiring events as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of or interest in the timeshare/vacation ownership industry is a plus.

• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for company values and role fit.

• Attend local hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS (ClearCompany).
• Support onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth candidate-to-new hire transition.

We are seeking a driven and personable Talent Acquisition Manager to join our recruiting team and support hiring efforts for our thriving Tennessee market, primarily Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent for our sales and marketing departments.
