This largely remote role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, requisition management, and building talent pipelines across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, stellar customer service, and excellent organization with 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience; ATS/VMS experience is a plus.

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for:

• Full recruitment process management including, staffing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all internal positions at the client site for temporary openings.

• Complete requisition management including the fulfillment life cycle of all work orders, communication, job profile creation, job postings, and social media activity.

• Manage core competency requisitions and actively build talent pipeline.

• Manage database and recruitment technology, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and critical job boards.
