Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager on behalf of our client, a leading full-service contract manufacturer that specializes in custom modular solutions for a variety of industries such as military, disaster relief, and commercial markets.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading recruiting strategies, overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, and partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. You will manage recruiting activities, guide and support recruitment team members, ensure positive candidate experience, and help develop processes that support organizational hiring goals and fuels the company's rapid growth.
Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success:
- Partner with HR leadership to develop full talent acquisition function across multiple sites to set the strategy, standards, and performance targets.
- Lead and develop the recruiting organization, including frontline recruiters and recruiting managers; build succession and career pathing within the team.
- Partner with the HR Team on headcount planning, workforce strategy, and organizational design.
- Partner with the Marketing team and HR Team to develop sourcing strategies including talent mapping across skilled trades, engineering, and corporate functions.
- Own the recruiting technology and vendor relationships (ATS, job boards, sourcing tools, HRIS integrations)
- Partner with marketing on external-facing employer branding to advertise job opportunities across paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others).
- Work closely with campus liaison to build campus recruitment for technical and supply chain internships, developing early-career talent pipelines.
- Work closely with campus liaison to establish partnerships with technical and trade schools specializing in electrical, welding, and mechanical programs to build a sustainable skilled-trades pipeline.
Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- 5+ years in talent acquisition with progressive leadership responsibility; multi-site and high-growth experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success building and scaling recruiting functions and teams from the ground up.
- Deep experience across both high-volume/skilled-trades and corporate/technical/executive hiring.
- Demonstrated ownership of recruiting technology selection and implementation (ATS, HRIS, and various 3rd party integrations).
- Track record of executive stakeholder partnership and workforce planning.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and agency relationships.
- Strong people-leadership record, including developing and promoting talent.
