Job summary

Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager onsite. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for roles up to Department Head, shaping the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

You will advance the property’s Talent Acquisition strategy, build relationships with universities and community partners, and strengthen employer branding through modern sourcing and recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience, full-cycle from sourcing to offer.
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods, and candidate pipelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles up to Department Head, from sourcing to offer.
• Support Talent Acquisition strategy to attract qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to plan staffing and recruitment.
• Coach hiring managers on internal mobility and external hiring processes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using referrals, internet sourcing, job fairs and networks.
• Use Workday to maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
• Build relationships with universities and community partners to support talent pipelines.
• Maintain an outstanding candidate experience through interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Manage local third-party recruitment vendors and job boards as appropriate.
• Ensure the manning guide aligns with the approved annual budget.
• Assess future hiring needs through People Planning and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Leverage employer branding to attract top talent and strengthen candidate experience.
• Promote opportunities via internal channels and support employee movement.
• Participate in hotel management duties as required and support departmental activities.

Join Four Seasons at Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills as a Talent Acquisition Manager onsite in Beverly Hills, CA 90212. In this role, you will lead recruitment that supports the property’s staffing goals while shaping an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You’ll also help advance the hotel’s Talent Acquisition strategy, build relationships across the community and educational pipeline, and strengthen employer branding through modern sourcing and recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles up to and including Department Head level, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommendations, and support through offer negotiations and acceptance.
• Support development and execution of the property’s Talent Acquisition strategy to identify and attract qualified, diverse, active, and passive candidates for current and future needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and People and Culture leadership to understand staffing requirements, create recruitment plans, and build relationships that support both current and future organizational goals.
• Coach and guide hiring managers throughout the Talent Acquisition process, covering internal mobility and external hiring, while ensuring recruiting activities align with company policies and procedures.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using employee referrals, internet sourcing, social media, job fairs, networking, and third-party resources.
• Use Workday to maintain accurate, organized documentation for candidate pipelines and recruiting activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and community partners to support talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Maintain an outstanding candidate experience across recruitment, interviews, offers, and onboarding, and collect feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Recommend and manage local third-party recruitment vendors, headhunters, and job boards as appropriate.
• Ensure the property’s manning guide is accurate and aligned with the approved annual budget.
• Assess future hiring needs through proactive People Planning and develop recruitment strategies to support anticipated staffing.
• Leverage Four Seasons Employer Branding and identify innovative recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing practices to attract top talent and strengthen the candidate experience.
• Use internal communication channels to promote career opportunities and support employee movement.
• Conduct hotel tours for student groups in a way that reflects the Beverly Wilshire atmosphere and standards.
• Support general People and Culture activities as needed, including recruitment initiatives, student and work experience programs, social events, and other departmental activities.
• Participate in management duties throughout the hotel as required.
• Perform other duties within the overall scope of the position as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, including full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods, and building candidate pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Compensation and Location

Salary range: USD $80,000 to $82,400 per year.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90212 (onsite).
