  • Advise and support executive and senior leadership searches, in collaboration with Institute management.
  • Assess, evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools for efficiency.
  • Oversee the Institute's temporary staffing process with internal stakeholders.

Job Summary

Manage and direct a collaborative effort to identify, attract, and hire top talent. Lead and facilitate full-cycle recruitment process. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.

This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, vendors and external stakeholders. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff, vendors and external stakeholders. This position will supervise: assigned unit staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform and lead efforts related to identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Institute; ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations
  • Develop, manage and implement talent acquisition strategies to maintain hiring needs and ensure execution of compliant recruiting processes
  • Facilitate and oversee educational efforts for topics related to talent acquisition
  • Advise and support executive and senior leadership search efforts, in collaboration with Institute and unit management
  • Assess, evaluate and develop recruiting processes and tools that promote effective and efficient talent acquisition efforts
  • Lead direction and execution of the Institute's temporary staffing process, in collaboration with other internal stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience

Five to seven years of job related experience

Proposed Salary

Proposed Salary: $98,000-$105,000. Commensurate with education and experience.
