Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruiting process, including posting, screening, interviewing, and selection, while building partnerships with internal teams and external networks.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with career fairs and college recruiting.
• Experience identifying passive candidates.
• Knowledge of employment laws affecting recruiting.
• Confidentiality and professional communication.
• Background check clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including interviewing, posting, sourcing, screening, selection, and talent acquisition training.
• Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external networks for proactive recruitment and workforce planning.
• Analyze ATS data and hiring metrics to address process barriers.
• Represent LSSI at recruitment events and job fairs to promote the organization.
