Regent Santa Monica Beach, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for all departments of the resort. You will partner with department heads to source, screen, hire, onboard, and promote employer branding that reflects our luxury service culture.

Reporting to P&C leadership, you will manage multiple priorities, maintain high-touch candidate communication, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality or luxury service environments.
• College degree preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, management, and specialty roles.
• Partner with department leaders to define staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Create, post, and maintain job descriptions across platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate interviews.
• Maintain high-touch candidate communication and experience.
• Oversee reference and background checks and pre-employment requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics and labor-market trends.
• Represent the resort’s culture and employer brand online and at events.
• Organize career fairs and hiring events; support onboarding.
• Ensure new hires complete orientation and training programs.
