Job summary

Hand Arendall Harrison Sale LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead the firm’s internal recruiting function from the ground up. This role focuses on attorney and professional staff hiring across Alabama and Northwest Florida, including lateral moves, law students, and summer associates.

You will partner with leadership, manage budgets, and drive employer branding while traveling firmwide to support offices and practice groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR; full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Alabama and Florida offices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute firmwide talent acquisition strategy for attorneys and staff.
• Lead full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding; advise practice groups.
