About this Role

A single full-cycle recruiter who owns all six phases: prepare, source, screen, select, hire, onboard, and can slash time-to-fill and lift candidate satisfaction for high-growth companies. You’ll be that person here, designing playbooks and dashboards the rest of the team can run with.

What you’ll do

  1. Draft role kick-offs, hunt passive talent, lead screens, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and hand new hires to onboarding
  2. Own our ATS, surface metrics like time-to-fill and offer-accept rate so we can spot bottlenecks early
  3. Turn product launches and culture wins into content that attracts hard-to-find talent
  4. Aim for a Candidate NPS above 70, the benchmark for top-quartile teams
  5. Use tools and outreach tactics that produce balanced shortlists and track conversion by demographic slice
  6. Implement best practice for remote recruiting success

  1. You have 3–5 years closing engineers, product builders, or GTM pros in SaaS, juggling 3-5 open roles at once
  2. You write outbound that gets replies and negotiate offers with confidence
  3. You’ve hired across Canada and the US and know the basics of comp bands and option grants
  4. You move fast, follow up faster, and treat every candidate like a future customer.
