Job summary

Gordon Food Service invites you to join its 12-week paid internship at our Home Office in the United States. You'll gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, work on high-impact projects, and receive mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities with leaders across North America.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Communications or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for high-volume and specialized positions across US Distribution.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual/in-person interview blocks, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with job fair preparations and social media recruitment campaigns to boost employer branding.
• Maintain candidate tracking and log interview feedback; contribute to process improvements in TA.
• Shadow and learn across TA activities to develop professional skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Communications or related field

Build a Career:

In the Talent Acquisition department by:

• Supporting various business units across USD and Shared Services
• Supporting full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidate pipelines and conducting initial phone screens for high-volume and specialized positions across US Distribution.
• Coordinating and scheduling virtual/in-person interview blocks, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
• Assisting with job fair preparations, and social media recruitment campaigns to boost employer branding.
• Maintaining candidate tracking, log interview feedback, and contribute to process improvement projects within the TA function.
