Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support APAC recruitment. You will partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs, engage candidates, and gain hands-on exposure to sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

Based in Petaling Jaya with a hybrid model, this internship offers hands-on experience in building talent pipelines, exposure to multiple markets, and a path into Talent Acquisition and HR.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements across various functions and markets.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
• Support the creation and delivery of candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by management.

Your Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be a key member of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, supporting Elanco’s mission to enrich life for animals and people by helping us attract top talent across the region. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates while gaining hands‑on exposure to recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring requirements across various functions and markets.
• Utilize sourcing platforms such as GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals to identify potential candidates.
• Support the creation and delivery of candidate outreach messages to engage passive talent.
• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support any other ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by management.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
