Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• Sophomore status or above in academic program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong interest in or prior experience in the agricultural sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, assessments, and background check processes.
• Help create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support recruiting efforts to identify and attract top talent.
• Assist with planning and coordinating GreenStone’s internship program.
• Help create engaging experiences that support intern development, networking, and career growth.
• Help plan and coordinate college recruiting and career fair season.
• Assist with registrations, event logistics, materials, and candidate engagement activities.
• Represent GreenStone’s employer brand while building relationships with students and universities.
• Partner with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
• Support department goals through collaboration, organization, and problem-solving.
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance recruiting and talent programs.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources.
