Job summary

ARCO Design/Build is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join our recruiting and talent acquisition team in the King of Prussia office. You will assist with coordinating interviews, campus events, and building a strong talent pipeline while gaining hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and professional communication are essential. This role offers exposure to employer branding and collaboration with recruiters to enhance candidate

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Passion for recruiting, campus engagement and talent development.
• Impeccable organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional communicator able to manage tasks proactively.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Canva or ATS is a plus.
• On-site work in the King of Prussia Office.

• Drafting social media content to drive engagement and employer brand.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars across teams and time zones with ease
• Managing event logistics for campus career fairs—from registrations to swag distribution
• Drafting and scheduling social media content that drives engagement and builds ARCO’s employer brand
• Tracking candidate and intern data to keep our systems accurate and up to date
• Partnering with universities and career centers to strengthen relationships and boost candidate pipelines
• Sourcing talent using LinkedIn and other creative channels
• Reviewing resumes to identify standout candidates and collaborating with recruiters
• Coordinating virtual and in‑person interviews, including candidate communication and follow‑ups
• Maintaining organized recruiting pipelines, reports, and shared resources for the team

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Passion for recruiting, campus engagement, and talent development
• Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident, professional communicator who can proactively manage tasks
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with LinkedIn, Canva, or ATS platforms is a plus
• Ability to work on‑site in the King of Prussia Office.
