You will support onboarding, documentation, and policy guidance for employees and managers, engaging with payroll, benefits, and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in HR, business, public administration, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and policy interpretation is expected.
• Strong customer-service orientation and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment activities for assigned divisions from intake to closeout.
• Manage Workday recruitment processes, postings, approvals, and onboarding coordination.
• Provide HR consultations and guidance on policies, processes, and employee lifecycle topics.
• Develop SOPs, train managers, and support reporting on recruitment and HR metrics.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other partners to ensure accurate records.
