Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver high-quality hires and a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers to ensure a fair, effective interview process.

The role supports recruiting for engineering, technical and manufacturing positions, with opportunities to engage campus recruitment and brand-building activities. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years recruiting engineering/technical roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to learn the business and role requirements.
• Define the best go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute on LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search, and social channels.
• Execute established diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate flow through the ATS and disposition candidates promptly.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Provide frequent recruitment updates to hiring managers and gather feedback on candidates.
• Participate in campus recruiting and brand-building events; attend networking and career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and produce performance reports.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.

Our client is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Their talent acquisition team solves the company hiring needs by applying industry best practices and their knowledge of the recruitment landscape to identify, assess and deliver top talent to their internal customers.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience, consistently branding our client in the marketplace; developing effective sourcing strategies / executing on those strategies; effectively phone screen candidates to ensure a strong candidate pool and ultimately a strong quality of hire; building talent pools/pipelines; and driving adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process to ensure a fair, consistent assessment and selection process.

A successful Talent Acquisition Advisor must quickly learn the business and uses their talent acquisition knowledge to build strong relationships, influence hiring managers, and become a trusted talent acquisition business partner to our customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers to intimately learn about the business and functional area in which you are recruiting, the key performance objectives of the role, the position value proposition, and the experiences and competencies that are required of the position.
• Define the best go-to market strategy and execute relevant sourcing activities through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional and industry groups and associations, job boards, direct search, social media, and other sourcing/recruitment avenues.
• Execute on our established diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM) including reviewing and evaluating candidate applications/resumes and appropriately dispositioning candidates in a time manner.
• Partner with hiring teams on creating and delivering competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication that includes providing recruitment updates and gathering feedback on candidates.
• Adhere to performance goals and standards.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and building our brand on campus.
• Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
• May participate in on-site face to face interviews.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems
