Job summary

Validation & Engineering Group in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, is seeking a Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams, ensuring efficient recruiting, hiring, onboarding and employee processes.

You will coordinate TA to HR handoffs, maintain candidate and employee documentation, assist with interview scheduling and onboarding, and ensure data accuracy across ATS/HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 13 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, recruiting, coordination or a similar role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up and attention to detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support TA and HR administrative activities and day to day coordination.
• Coordinate TA to HR handoffs and ensure all required information is complete.
• Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation.
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate data and information across ATS/HR systems and trackers.
• Perform routine follow ups status tracking and reporting on outstanding activities.
• Coordinate pre employment requirements and other hiring related activities as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and take on other activities that can be delegated from the TA and HR teams to improve efficiency.

Position: Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams helping ensure efficient recruiting hiring onboarding and employee processes
