Job summary

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a Human Resources Analyst in the Talent Acquisition unit for a temporary, full-time role lasting approximately two years. The analyst will conduct compensation analyses, support executive recruitment, and help manage recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with California laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years HR experience, or JD/masters with related focus.
• JD with focus on employment law or MS in HR/OD acceptable.
• Two years as Associate HR Analyst or equivalent experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation analyses and review salary offers.
• Support executive leadership recruitment activities.
• Assist in updating and managing recruitment strategies and vendor relationships.
• Evaluate applicants against minimum qualifications.
• Support onboarding and recruitment analytics within HRIS.
