Leapley Construction Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Early Career Programs Manager to build strong talent pipelines for commercial construction operations. You will own the full candidate journey and architect structured programs developing interns into project engineers and managers.

The role requires relationship-building, proactive sourcing, and experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Experience managing university or early-career programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with operations leadership to align hiring strategy with business needs.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for high-demand roles across PM and field operations.
• Lead university partnerships and manage internship programs.
• Build progression pathways Intern → Project Engineer → Project Manager.
