The Talent Management Specialist will drive full-cycle recruitment, manage the internship program, and collaborate with operational leaders to align talent with project demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding partnerships.
• Deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience from outreach to placement.
• Oversee internship program stewardship, from recruitment to conversion and full-time opportunities.
• Coordinate interview committees with operating leaders, providing structured processes and timely feedback.
• Place interns at suitable job sites with supervisors who can provide meaningful development opportunities.
• Monitor intern performance, engagement, and experience, addressing issues and promoting growth.
• Track internship data, including pipelines, interviews, selections, placements, and conversions to full-time roles.
• Prepare program updates and metrics for leadership to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
