Responsible for the sourcing and screening process for all businesses vacancies in the organization, prospecting candidates and facilitating the unit’s recruitment functions and programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Draft and post job listings on digital recruitment platforms.
- Perform candidate resume sourcing and filtering activities through various channels, conduct screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates for each position.
- Record keeping of candidates reviewed and maintain lists of most suited candidates by assessing their resume, application and initial evaluation process.
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Partner with the Hiring Manager, all interviewers and candidates on scheduling or rescheduling interviews, as needed.
- Manage and communicate ad-hoc issues such as scheduling conflicts, delays, and interviewer no shows.
- Assist with general recruitment activities, including providing support and advice to clients on recruitment and the selection process.
- Support employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and hiring events.
- Must be able to work independently, with limited or no supervision at times.
- Being an ambassador in the candidate experience.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Skilled with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, resume databases and HRIS systems.
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Working knowledge in the administration of learning, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, occupational security, recruitment and selection.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) specifically scheduling meetings.
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, among others).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including email/phone etiquette, attention to detail, follow-up, and can-do attitude, while exhibiting the best support to candidates and employees.
- Teamwork oriented
- Proven organizational skills, with experience working in a fast -paced and high-volume environment.
- Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions.
- Bilingual (writing, conversational and reading comprehension in English and Spanish)
