Acting as a liaison between the centralized recruiting team and MCCS leadership, the role supports high-volume hiring while allowing People Leaders and Directors to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in retail or high-volume environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to serve as a liaison across teams.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft Office.
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting team and regional success.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Willing to travel to stores as needed.

Responsibilities
