Lititz-based Luther Acres, part of Luthercare, is seeking a full-time Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent-acquisition efforts at the Lititz, PA campus. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates via phone and schedule in-person interviews.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the process.
• Coordinate hiring packets with managers and manage data in HR systems.
• Assist in improving recruitment processes.
