The role reports to the VP, Talent Acquisition and includes managing requisitions, coordinating interviews, and handling onboarding logistics for full-time, temporary, and internship roles.

Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

How do you fit in?

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the internal Talent Acquisition team across the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering closely with in-house recruiters, external staffing partners, and business stakeholders to deliver a smooth, positive hiring experience for candidates.

Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the VP, Talent Acquisition.

What you will do:

• Manage requisitions and candidate workflow in Workday (ATS) — create/post job requisitions, track candidates through interview, reference, background check, and offer stages, and maintain data accuracy for weekly reporting.


• Support end-to-end recruitment execution, including updating candidate records, processing references and background checks, generating offer letters, closing requisitions, and keeping primary recruiters informed throughout.


• Schedule and facilitate interviews — coordinate virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and panels (including office tours) for both full-time and temporary/intern roles.


• Own candidate communication, proactively updating candidates on scheduling, status changes, and information requests throughout the hiring process.


• Manage offer and onboarding logistics, including auditing offer letters for accuracy and compliance, maintaining the New Hire Tracker, sending first-day details, and completing I-9 verification for new hires and interns.


• Coordinate the temporary/contingent workforce — liaise with staffing agency partners, audit the contingent worker tracker for end dates and off-boarding, and open/close temp and internship requisitions in ATS.


• Support TA team operations by managing scheduling, the team inbox, recruiting materials, and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and close systems gaps in partnership with the wider team.


• Coordinate and register for on-campus and virtual recruiting/hiring events.

What you can bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree


• 1+ years applicable work or internship experience


• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and written/oral communication/interpersonal skills


• Experience working with an ATS/HRIS system preferred but not required


• Experience with PowerPoint and Canva a plus


• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

The hourly range for this position is from $28.28-$30.00/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
