Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Recruiters with sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels (ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms).
• Coordinate interview scheduling to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within recruitment systems.
