Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to own the full recruitment cycle in a manufacturing environment. You will source top talent, partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, and guide the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will help ensure compliance with employment laws while promoting diversity and inclusion across all hires. Join our team supporting two leading businesses—Menasha Packaging and ORBIS—focused on packaging

• Manages end-to-end recruitment cycle in a manufacturing setting.
• Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create meaningful job descriptions.
• Provides guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Collaborates with HR to improve recruitment processes.

About The Opportunity

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience in a manufacturing setting.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications to ensure meaningful job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers during the selection process.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Source candidates, consistent with requisition goals and deliverables.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
