Job summary

Atmosphere TV is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support the HR team in building a scalable talent pipeline and managing the full recruiting lifecycle. You’ll source passive candidates, screen early, and coordinate a high-touch interview process for hiring managers and candidates alike.

You’ll report to the VP of Human Resources with a dotted line to the Senior Recruiter, and in-office availability 4–5 days a week is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR/talent acquisition experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional representation to candidates.
• Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify passive talent.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple searches and candidates.
• Eagerness to learn full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Collaborate with HR to maintain a compliant, efficient hiring process through our ATS.
• Assist with extending offers and preparing offer communications.
• Track candidate pipeline status and communicate updates to hiring managers and senior recruiters.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and pitch Atmosphere’s mission, culture, and opportunities.
• Proactively source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, and help find compelling ways to engage prospective talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support open searches across the business.
• Support ad hoc recruiting and recruiting operations projects as needed.
