About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Associate to support our fast-growing team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment aligns with company goals and delivers a positive candidate experience. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow their career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Assist with job postings and advertising to attract diverse applicants
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and offer process improvement insights
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent Flex Living at job fairs and networking events
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1-2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience; entry-level candidates with strong skills also considered
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proactive and creative approach to sourcing and engaging talent
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus
