Job summary

Solidigm is seeking a graduate-level Talent Acquisition Data Engineering & Analytics Intern in the United States. You will build a production reporting layer, establish Snowflake connections, and develop a full Power BI dashboard suite for TA metrics.

You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams including Snowflake, Workday, and Jira. The internship focuses on data engineering, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting automation, offering hands-on experience from raw data

Qualifications

• Graduate student in data analytics, data science, data engineering, CS, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, aggregations, window functions, and optimization.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI with DAX and data modeling.
• Experience with Python or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Knowledge of dimensional data modeling and dataset design principles.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytics requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish Snowflake connections to TA source systems with Data Engineering and IT.
• Configure Power BI connectivity and scheduled refresh for automated dashboards.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring to surface issues early.
• Build a query-ready dimensional model in Snowflake for TA analytics.
• Write SQL transformations to produce analysis-ready tables with history and snapshots.
• Develop a full Power BI dashboard suite covering TA metrics and governance.
• Create end-user guides and enablement sessions for TA Operations and HR leadership.
