Position Highlights
These are fully remote positions within the state of Arizona. An in-person presence may be required at times to attend special events or meetings. These positions do not offer an option to work remotely from outside the state of Arizona.
Our TA team provides support to all divisions and colleges across campus and is currently growing its service as part of HR Modernization.
TA at the university is dynamic and allows you to work with individuals across campus representing multiple professions/disciplines. The scale and variety of opportunities within our workforce allows you the opportunity to learn something new every day and face unique challenges which will grow your HR and business acumen.
You will become part of the University's Division of Human Resources and partner with other HR professionals, campus leaders, and search committees. You will have opportunities to be part of special projects that allow for cross-collaboration within our division and across campus. You will be able to invest in your professional development through a HR sponsored SHRM certification program, shrm.org membership, and access to the LinkedIn Learning library suite. You will also have the autonomy to manage your work/life balance through flexible scheduling and a fully remote work option within Arizona.
