Our TA team provides support to all divisions and colleges across campus and is currently growing its service as part of HR Modernization.

You will be able to invest in your professional development through a HR sponsored SHRM certification program, shrm.org membership, and access to the LinkedIn Learning library suite. You will also have the autonomy to manage your work/life balance through flexible scheduling and a fully remote work option within Arizona.

At the core of our work is a deep commitment to high quality and consistent service rooted in transparent and fair hiring processes. Your contributions to our team will help to shape the future of talent at a top-tier university.

We have multiple Talent Advisor (Recruiter I) positions available and hope to onboard all our new team members as a group to build community and collaboration. Review of applications will start March 31, 2025.

Outstanding UA benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance plans; life insurance and disability programs; paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays; UA/ASU/NAU tuition reduction for the employee and qualified family members; retirement plans; access to UA recreation and cultural activities; and more!
