Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Site TAKT Lead to drive the TAKT production system on an assigned project site, coordinating with Site Leadership, Project Management, Superintendents and Offsite Manufacturing to maintain flow and schedule reliability.

You will own the daily TAKT plan, monitor performance, identify and resolve constraints, and ensure material readiness and proper handoffs between trades, while supporting continuous improvement and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• 2-3 years of job related experience is required.
• Travel: 10-20%

Responsibilities

• Own the daily execution of the TAKT production plan across assigned facilities.
• Monitor daily production performance against planned TAKT activities and milestones.
• Identify production constraints and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule performance.
• Escalate schedule risks requiring program-level support.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, Trade Leads, and Project Controls to plan daily activities.
• Facilitate daily production meetings and communicate schedule priorities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
