Out West Restaurant Group is hiring for Outback Steakhouse team members in Daly City, CA. This hourly, non-exempt role focuses on friendly, attentive service and accurate order processing to deliver a memorable AUS-SOME dining experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and opportunities to advance through the Shift Leader program. California RB certification is required within training period.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required within 60 days for California positions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide recommendations with a smile.
• Accurately process orders and handle payments.
• Work as part of a team across restaurant areas as needed.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Deliver a memorable AUS-SOME dining experience to every guest.
