Job summary

Goode Company in Houston, TX, is seeking a To-Go Server to coordinate accurate, well-presented off-premise orders while delivering the same welcoming hospitality guests expect inside the restaurant.

You will receive, enter, verify, package, and hand off takeout orders; confirm modifications and allergies; check order completeness and temperature protection; communicate with kitchen, drivers, and managers as conditions change; and maintain a clean pickup area to ensure fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, fulfillment, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong accuracy, organization, communication, and point-of-sale skills.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive orders while remaining hospitable.
• Dependable attendance and careful handling of food and payments.
• Food Handler Certification

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, verify, package, stage, and hand off takeout and delivery orders accurately.
• Confirm modifications, allergies, timing, payment, and guest contact information.
• Check every order for completeness, temperature protection, presentation, and required accompaniments.
• Communicate with culinary teams, drivers, delivery partners, and managers as conditions change.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked pickup and packaging area.
• Resolve routine guest questions and escape concerns promptly.
