Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in Atlantic City, NJ is hiring a Server - Takeout/To Go. You will ensure guests’ needs are met, take and deliver orders, guide menu selections, and provide a friendly curbside pickup experience.

No prior restaurant experience required; on-the-job training. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and obtain a Food Handler’s Card where required. Flexible shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Responsibilities

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Create a great take out or curbside experience by taking, placing, packaging, labeling, bagging, receiving, and ringing in Guest’s orders.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
