Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and offer personalized food and drink recommendations.
• Take accurate orders, note dietary needs, and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly meeting quality standards.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Refill drinks and anticipate guest requirements for a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, pairings, and preparation methods.
• Answer guest questions about food and cocktails with confidence.
• Process payments accurately (cash and card).
• Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Set up and break down bar and dining areas; restock and organize supplies.
• Keep tables and seating areas clean and tidy during service.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in resetting dining area for next service.

Your Qualifications Includes

• Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
