Job summary

Haworth, Inc. is seeking a paid Tailored Solutions Engineering Intern to join our team onsite in Holland, MI (or Big Rapids, MI).

You will work in two tracks: inquiry and design, collaborating with dealers, suppliers, and test labs to develop feasible solutions and CAD-based designs guided by BOM data. Applicants should be enrolled in an engineering program with strong Excel, CAD, and ERP experience, willing to work on-site May–August 2027, and able to join a 12-week summer cohort with

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled part-time or full-time in a bachelor’s program in Engineering (Design/Mechanical).
• On-site work in Holland, MI May–Aug 2027.
• Unrestricted right to work in the US.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Support two internship tracks: Inquiry role handling dealer requests, cost and feasibility with test labs.
• Design role taking dealer requests, gathering BOM data, CAD design, and product specs for 45–50 new products daily.
