Qualifications

• Experience performing hemming, patching, repairs, and tapering alterations.

Responsibilities

• Executes basic alteration services (hemming, patch, repair, tapering).
• Partner with Master Tailor or Manager of Tailor Shop on additional projects as needed.
• Provide strong customer service to elevate client experience.
• Educate and train store teams on customer offerings and services - Brand Ambassador.
