Discovery Land Company is seeking a Club Bartender for Lake Club at Homewood, CA. The role involves crafting beverages, delivering exceptional service to members and guests, and contributing to a vibrant, scenic setting on Lake Tahoe's West Shore.

The position requires knowledge of cocktails, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for varied hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service setting.
• Solid knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure during peak service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and set a welcoming tone at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of the cocktail menu and wine list to advise guests.
• Fulfill bar orders for servers; manage tabs and POS transactions.
• Suggest signature drinks and wine pairings to boost sales.
• Keep bar clean, stocked, organized; handle garnishes and supplies.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with servers, kitchen and hosts for smooth service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and sanitation.
