Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care in Bourbonnais, IL seeks a reliable Area Care Tech to support clients when regular staff are unavailable. You’ll provide personal care, mobility support, light housekeeping, and companionship across multiple homes.

Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become PCA; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Daily pay option and a $250 monthly bonus accompany a competitive benefits package.

As an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

What We're Looking For:

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
