Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a dependable caregiver to provide in-home support across multiple clients. This role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and adaptability to varying home environments while ensuring high-quality personal care and companionship.

The position involves assisting with daily activities, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and documenting client conditions. Travel to client homes is required, and a CNA/PCA license is preferred or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming.
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers.
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
