Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Manager, Tagging and Analytics to lead tagging governance and data quality across our retail analytics ecosystem. Remote-eligible in the USA, you will champion standards, manage vendor relationships, and ensure clean, verifiable data powers advanced analytics for SmartDigital.

You will define what to measure, own tagging specifications, and drive alignment with internal teams, vendors, and clients while advancing privacy and data collection architectures.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in digital analytics, measurement, or data governance.
• 2+ years hands-on GA4 implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years in a tag management system environment (e.g., GTM).
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tag governance, data layer validation, and release management.
• Monitor tagging defects, QA, and troubleshooting across vendors.
• Own vendor/developer relationships to resolve tagging discrepancies.
• Establish governance frameworks and enforce privacy/compliance.
• Coordinate audits and ensure reliable data capture across tools.
• Define measurement strategy and KPI alignment with teams.
