Qualifications

• At least 1 year caregiving experience.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Weekend availability preferred for hiring bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and report to care team.
• Support memory-impaired clients with engaging activities and companionship.
• Follow individualized care plans to maintain safety and independence.
