Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered.
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available to work weekends to qualify for the hiring bonus.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with the care team.
• Support seniors with memory loss through engaging activities and companionship.
• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent.
