Qualifications
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience; family caregiving or volunteer work counts.
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) required or will assist with process to obtain.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with the care team.
- Support seniors with memory loss through activities and meaningful companionship.
- Follow individualized care plans to help clients stay safe and independent.
