DHI Group is hiring a Senior Test Automation Framework (TAF) Developer to support a classified Department of Defense program. This role is focused on the design, development, and sustainment of automated test frameworks that integrate into DevOps pipelines and support system verification and validation in secure, classified environments.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on developer with a strong background in test automation, frameworks, and CI/CD integration, and experience operating within DoD or classified systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Test Automation Frameworks (TAF) supporting mission‑critical systems
• Implement and integrate automated test solutions within existing CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
• Develop test scripts, utilities, and tooling using Python, Bash, Java, or similar languages
• Collaborate with software engineers, DevOps teams, and system engineers to embed automated testing throughout the development lifecycle
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and improve automation reliability and test coverage
• Support testing activities within classified and security‑restricted environments
• Contribute to documentation, standards, and continuous process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development, test automation engineering, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining Test Automation Frameworks (TAF)
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Bash, Java, or similar
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Active Secret clearance (required at time of hire)
• Ability to work onsite at one of the listed locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting DoD programs or working in classified environments
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, automated testing platforms, and secure software development practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in mission‑driven environments
