HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is hiring an Installer (Construction) to join our growing team. No experience required—training will be provided.

Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; ability to obtain termite/pest licensing is paid by the company. You’ll install Taexx in new homes, perform termite treatments, and deliver excellent customer service on your route. Expect a friendly, supportive work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

• Minimum requirements: 18+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance, including truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars to stay sharp.
• Work Saturdays to meet builder timelines as needed.
